Job Description
* Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
* Manage appointments and patient registrations.
* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
* Maintain patient records and billing coordination.
* Guide patients regarding clinic services and appointments.
* Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth daily operations.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in English and Hindi or the local language (Kannada).
* Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is preferred but not mandatory.
