Printing Operator

📍 Location: Near Shaniwar Wada, Pune

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Overtime Pay (Based on skills & interview performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Printing Operator to join our corporate gifting company.

The role involves:

• Printing and branding products
• Packing and dispatch preparation
• Loading and unloading parcels
• Maintaining the printing area and machines
• Supporting day-to-day production work

This is a hands-on role. Candidates who like practical work and are willing to learn different printing methods are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Printing & Branding Work

• Operate and assist in DTF, UV Printing, Screen Printing, Embroidery, and other branding processes.
• Prepare products for printing according to instructions.
• Check artwork placement, print position, and alignment before printing.
• Ensure prints are clean, accurate, and of good quality.
• Handle products carefully during printing to avoid damage.
• Learn and support new printing methods whenever required.

Packaging & Dispatch Support

• Pack printed products carefully before dispatch.
• Label and arrange parcels properly.
• Prepare orders for courier pickup or transport.
• Help in loading and unloading parcels when required.
• Ensure products are packed safely to avoid damage during transit.

Production Area Work

• Keep printing machines, tools, and workstations organized.
• Inform seniors if there is any machine issue or damage.
• Arrange printing materials and finished products properly.
• Support outdoor office work when required, such as courier drop-offs, vendor coordination, bank visits, or material pickups.

General Production Support

• Assist the production team in completing orders on time.
• Handle products, samples, and materials carefully.
• Follow company processes and safety instructions.
• Support other production-related work whenever required.
• Maintain discipline and ensure smooth workflow in the production area.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th Pass / 12th Pass
• Immediate joiners preferred.
