Product Growth & Quality Specialist

As a Product Growth & Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our hiring platform while ensuring a high-quality user experience. You will generate qualified student and employer leads, support employer outreach through online demos, perform end-to-end functional testing, report and verify bugs using Jira, and gather customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively balance business growth initiatives with product quality assurance in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Description –

• Product Growth & Quality Specialist (Freelancer)ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads by connecting with HRs, colleges, and companies hiring interns and fresh graduates.
• Promote and onboard employers to our hiring platform through online events and product demonstrations.
• Perform end-to-end functional testing of the product and identify usability issues.
• Report, track, and verify bugs using Jira.
• Collect customer feedback and recommend product improvements.

Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Generate 50 or more qualified college student leads every month.
• Post weekly twice in linkedin page and whatsapp groups.
• Conduct at least 2 online student demo sessions or outreach events every month.
• Execute 60 or more functional test cases across new and existing product features each month.
• Report 30 or more valid bugs in Jira that are accepted by the development team.
• Retest and verify 100% of assigned bug fixes before release.
• Document and share at least 10 actionable customer feedback insights or feature recommendations every month.
• You get paid the same amount even if you complete this above tasks in a week.
