Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads for School Partnerships, Career Guidance Programs, Career Fairs, and Student Admissions.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, CPL, CTR, and ROI.
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign reporting.
- Manage lead generation funnels and coordinate with the sales team for lead closure.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend new growth strategies.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in EdTech, Education, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
