Job Description

Customer Support Process

📍 Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

🕔 Shift: Rotational US shifts (5 days working, 2 days off)

🚖 Transport: 2-way cab (up to 20 km radius)

Eligibility:✅ Education: PUC / Graduate

✅ Experience:

  • Freshers: Excellent English communication required
  • Experienced: Minimum 1 year in international voice process (No domestic or non-voice experience)

Salary:💰 Freshers: ₹18K–₹22K in hand

💰 Experienced: ₹25K–₹30K in hand (based on interview performance)
