Qualification:​

• BE Mechanical Engineering 

Experience:​

• 2–5 years 

Key Responsibilities:​

• Housing and extrusion design​

• Heat sink development​

• Tool and mold coordination​

• Fixture development 

KRA: 


1.Mechanical design completion 

2.Tool development 

3.Product reliability 


KPI:​

• Drawing completion adherence → >95%​

• Mold modification cycles → <2​

• Mechanical failures → <1%​

• Design release on-time → >90%
