Job Description
Property Document Scrutiny Officer
* Verify property documents for buyers and sellers to ensure the title is clear and free of legal disputes.
* Review ownership history (Mother Deeds) to confirm the seller is the legal owner.
* Check for encumbrance certificates to ensure the property has no outstanding loans or liabilities.
* Liaise with sub-registrar offices to facilitate the official registration of sale deeds and lease agreements.
** Organise and maintain records of all signed documents and government approvals for easy retrieval.
* Coordinate between buyers, sellers, and lawyers to ensure a smooth and transparent property transaction.
