Job Description

  • Assess clients' profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries.
  • Explain admission requirements, visa regulations, and financial documentation.
  • Address client concerns and provide personalized solutions.
  • Visa ProcessingGuide students through the complete visa application process.
  • Ensure timely collection and verification of documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions for smooth processing.
  • Keep clients informed about application status and updates.
  • Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the application process.
  • Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
