## Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our business in Chennai and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers.

## Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.

* Meet dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetologists, aesthetic physicians, hospitals, and wellness clinics.

* Demonstrate and present Wellness Meditech products and solutions.

* Conduct product presentations and coordinate live demonstrations.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

* Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.

* Coordinate with the service team for installations and customer support.

* Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.

* Participate in exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and promotional events.

* Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates.

## Eligibility

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 1–4 years of field sales experience (medical devices, aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, capital equipment, or B2B sales preferred).

* Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.

## Required Skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.

* Confidence in meeting clients independently.

* Ability to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby areas.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

* Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
