Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Executive to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical products to retail pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare customers. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, maintain high standards of product handling, and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and on time to customers.
• Verify delivery invoices, purchase orders, and customer details before dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling and transportation of medicines, including temperature-sensitive products where applicable.
• Collect delivery acknowledgments, payment receipts (if applicable), and return documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for order loading and route planning.
• Report delivery status, delays, shortages, or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Handle product returns, expired medicines, and reverse logistics as per company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines during deliveries.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of pharmaceutical products during transportation.
• Maintain daily delivery logs, fuel records, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during every delivery.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 10th/12th Pass; higher qualification is an added advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license (as applicable).
• Familiarity with smartphones and delivery applications.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English and the local language.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or retail product delivery.
• Freshers with a valid driving license and good local area knowledge may also apply.
