Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner Acquisition and Management:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners to expand Furlenco's market presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales strategies and promotional activities.
2. Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive revenue growth through effective channel sales strategies and initiatives.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Implement creative and results-driven approaches to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
3. Product Knowledge and Training:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Furlenco's furniture offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Conduct training sessions for channel partners to equip them with the necessary product knowledge and selling techniques.
4. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth and market expansion.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, to align channel sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel sales with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
