🚀 Hiring: Unit Sales Manager – Agency Channel (Sales Profile )
📍 Location: Jaipur
💼 Industry: Life Insurance / BFSI sales / Banking / any sales
💰 Salary: Fixed CTC + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
- Job Responsibilities:Recruit and build your own team of Advisors/Agents through networking and references.
- Conduct field sales activities, market visits, and lead generation to expand business opportunities.
- Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Drive business through advisors and support them in customer acquisition.
- Manage, guide, and develop a high-performing team.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Ensure productivity and performance of the advisor team.
Desired Candidate:
✔ Experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, Insurance, or Team Handling.
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills.
