Performance Marketing Freelancer – Meta & Google Ads (Cosmetic Clinic)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing cosmetic and dental clinic in Chennai, offering advanced aesthetic treatments including , facial aesthetics, and dental services. We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Freelancer to generate high-quality leads through Meta and Google Ads.

• Part-time / Project-based

• Key Responsibilities :Plan, create, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Plan and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube when required).
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Build high-converting campaign structures.
• Create audience targeting strategies, including retargeting and lookalike audiences.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, headlines, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Install and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
• Optimize campaigns to improve Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Suggest improvements to creatives, landing pages, and lead funnels.
• Coordinate with our internal team for creatives, offers, and campaign planning.

Mandatory Requirements:

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience generating leads for cosmetic clinics, dermatology clinics, dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, plastic surgeons, or healthcare businesses.
• Managed a minimum monthly advertising budget of ₹25,000 or more.
• Strong understanding of:

• Conversion API (preferred)
• Google Conversion Tracking
• Proven experience in reducing CPL while improving lead quality.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Required Certifications :

Candidates should possess at least one or more of the following certifications:

• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
• Google Ads Search Certification.
• Google Ads Display Certification.
• Google Analytics (GA4) Certification.
• Google Skillshop Certifications.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in local lead generation campaigns.
• Experience with WhatsApp lead campaigns.
• Knowledge of healthcare advertising policies.
• Experience with landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with CRM integration and lead tracking.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Deliverables:

The selected freelancer will be responsible for:

• Campaign strategy and setup.
• Daily monitoring and optimization.
• Weekly performance review.
• Monthly strategy report.
• Continuous testing to improve campaign performance.
• Recommendations for scaling profitable campaigns.
