Job Description


We are looking for a friendly and confident Female Telecaller who can explain our product information to customers over phone calls.

The role is only to provide correct product details and solve basic customer queries.

Customer Query Resolution: Patiently listen to and resolve customer queries or doubts regarding our services/products.

Product Education: Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to ensure the customer has a complete understanding.

Inbound/Outbound Calling: Handle calls professionally, maintaining a helpful and friendly tone at all times.

Relationship Building: Build trust with customers by providing accurate information and honest guidance.

Documentation: Maintain basic logs of customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.
