• Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers over phone to promote and sell insurance products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and policy details to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate with customers for documentation and KYC completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male candidates preferred.
• Age: Below 29 years.
• Education: Graduation in any discipline.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Prior experience in tele-sales, insurance, BFSI, or sales will be an added advantage.
• CIBIL Score: 700 or above is mandatory.
• Salary & IncentivesIn-Hand Salary: ₹17,000 per month
• Performance Incentives: Opportunity to earn ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month based on performance.
