Job Description

Shift Operations & Store Upkeep

  • Managed daily opening and closing procedures, securing building perimeters and balancing cash drawers with zero discrepancies.
  • Enforced strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols across the entire sales floor.
  • Conducted routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, hazard risks, and visual merchandising updates.
  • Supervised front-end checkouts, resolving technical register issues and handling price overrides during peak traffic.
  • Maintained pristine floor presentation by delegating zone recovery and restocking tasks to sales associates. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
