Core Products: They primarily deal in retail and corporate lending, including Business Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Loans Against Gold, and Finance Against Cheques.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Drive branch sales targets for retail loan products (Home Loans, Business Loans, LAP, or Gold Loans) by building local networks and managing DSA/direct sales teams.
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day branch administrative operations, ensuring strictly maintained compliance with RBI and company guidelines.
- Portfolio Management: Maintain a healthy credit portfolio by closely monitoring loan disbursements, collections, and minimizing Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and guide branch staff (Sales Executives, Credit Officers, and Cashiers) to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Resolve high-value customer grievances and build lasting trust within the local market.
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of secured and unsecured loan products.
- Proven team management and local area marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk-assessment skills.
