Job Summary
We are seeking a Team Lead – Business Development to lead the sales team, generate new business, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth for our recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team.
- Generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule client meetings, present recruitment solutions, and close deals.
- Build strong client relationships and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Track sales performance, maintain CRM, and identify new market opportunities.
Requirements
- 06-2 years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales in a recruitment consultancy.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and lead generation tools.
