Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in sales and marketing, particularly in B2B and field sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling software solutions to credit societies and financial institutions by conducting regular field visits across Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the credit society and financial sector
- Visit multiple credit societies, cooperative banks, and financial institutions to pitch company software solutions
- Generate leads through field sales activities, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful product delivery and client onboarding
- Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support marketing strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Product Sales, and Field Sales
- Prior experience selling software or financial products is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently
- Good understanding of the financial/cooperative society sector is an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai
