Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to generate business through freelance marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing company profiles, identifying suitable projects, submitting winning proposals, and converting leads into clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage company profiles on Upwork, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Search and bid on relevant Digital Marketing projects.
• Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients through chat, email, and virtual meetings.
• Follow up with prospects and negotiate project terms.
• Coordinate with the internal team for project requirements and delivery.
• Maintain records of bids, leads, and project status.
• Achieve monthly business acquisition targets.
• Build long-term relationships with international and domestic clients.
• Required SkillsExperience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Google Business Profile (GMB), Email Marketing, and WhatsApp Marketing.
• Ability to understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience working with international clients will be an added advantage.
