Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issues.
  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
  • Install and update operating systems, applications, and security patches.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and collaboration tools.
  • Assist with network connectivity and VPN issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
