Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Mining & Infrastructure – Tyre Sales)

About the CompanyHitech Tyres is a leading MRF dealership and tyre retreading company based in Nagpur. We supply tyres and retreading services to transport companies, mining contractors, fleet owners, and infrastructure businesses across Central India.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit mining sites, construction projects, transport companies, and fleet owners.
• Generate new business for MRF tyres and tyre retreading services.
• Build strong relationships with purchase managers, contractors, and fleet managers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tyre solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Coordinate with the office for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Follow up on payments and maintain customer relationships.
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
• Develop new dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
• EligibilityMinimum 2–3 years of Field Sales experience (Tyres, Lubricants, Automobile Parts, Industrial Products, or Mining Equipment preferred).
• Willing to travel 15–20 days per month.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of tyres, commercial vehicles, or heavy equipment is preferred.
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Age: 25–40 years.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in selling to mining companies, fleet operators, or infrastructure contractors.
• Knowledge of OTR tyres or tyre retreading.
• Experience with brands like MRF, Apollo, JK, CEAT, or Bridgestone.
• Basic smartphone and computer skills.
