About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Direct Retailing Sales Executive to drive sales and distribution of our bread products through direct retail channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of FMCG retail operations, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve aggressive sales and distribution targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for bread products.
• Expand market reach by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets.
• Increase product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
• Execute sales plans and promotional activities to maximize revenue.

Retail Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key customers.
• Ensure regular market visits and effective beat planning.
• Address retailer concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Distribution & Inventory Management

• Ensure timely order collection and delivery coordination.
• Monitor stock availability to prevent stock-outs and minimize product returns.
• Track product movement and manage near-expiry inventory effectively.

Merchandising & Market Execution

• Ensure attractive product displays and adherence to merchandising standards.
• Implement in-store promotions and branding initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Collections & Reporting

• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Prepare daily sales reports and market intelligence reports.
• Analyze territory performance and recommend growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Bakery, Dairy, or other Perishable Food Products.
• Experience in direct retail distribution and field sales operations is highly preferred.
