Sales & Marketing Executive

Generate new customer enquiries through field visits, phone calls, emails, and online sources.

Identify new business opportunities in industries requiring EOT cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, hoists, and related equipment.

Visit customers to understand their requirements and conduct initial discussions.

Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the design and estimation team.

Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into purchase orders.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and service departments for smooth order execution.

Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Maintain customer database and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings when required.

Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the service department.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
