Job Description

  • 📝 Key Responsibilities

  • 🗂️ Data & Documentation Management: Maintain, update, and organize digital and physical company records, reports, and databases with high accuracy.
  • 📞 Administrative Support: Handle internal/external correspondence, screen emails, and route inquiries to the correct departments.
  • 📅 Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, managing calendars, and booking travel arrangements for management.
  • 📦 Supply & Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies, track inventory levels, and place orders to ensure the team never runs out of essentials.
  • 💵 Basic Financial Tracking: Assist the finance team by preparing invoices, tracking expenses, and processing receipts.
  • 🤝 Inter-departmental Liaison: Act as a bridge between the front office, sales, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless information flow.
  • 🛠️ Problem Solving: Troubleshoot minor administrative or operational bottlenecks swiftly to maintain workplace efficiency.
