Job Description
We are a well-established retail chain with 15+ years of trust and presence in the heart of Kolkata. With a strong multi-store footprint across the city, we specialize in Cosmetics, Men's, Women's, and Kids categories — serving thousands of loyal customers every day.
We are currently looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our flagship 7,000 sq. ft. store in Burrabazar.
What You'll Do:
• Drive floor sales and achieve monthly targets
• Assist customers and deliver an excellent in-store experience
• Manage product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked
• Coordinate with the team on inventory and replenishment
What We're Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in retail or FMCG sales
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment
• Honest, reliable, and a team player
