Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle marine, commercial vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Process and follow up on insurance claims until settlement.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and branch teams.
  • Collect and verify all claim-related documents.
  • Maintain insurance and claims records and MIS reports.
  • Ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurance policies.
  • Resolve claim-related issues and minimize claim rejection.
  • RTO documentation and compliance work
