Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage all core Human Resource functions for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with labor laws, support business operations, and create a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters and negotiate employment terms.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate issuance and collection of company assets.
- Manage resignation, exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, and clearance processes.
Employee Records & HR Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Update attendance, leave, and employee databases.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team or payroll service provider.
- Verify overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
- Resolve employee payroll-related queries.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits.
Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Support annual performance appraisal activities.
- Maintain performance records and assist managers with performance improvement plans.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Promote a healthy and positive workplace culture.
Learning & Development
- Identify employee training requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees understand company rules and code of conduct.
- Assist management in developing and updating HR policies.
