Location: Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi

Industry: Textile & Garments

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant textile knowledge can also apply)

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Merchandiser to manage customer orders, coordinate with production teams, and ensure timely delivery of textile and garment products. If you have good communication skills and a basic understanding of fabrics and garment manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers and understand their requirements.
• Handle customer orders from enquiry to final delivery.
• Follow up with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
• Track order status and ensure timely deliveries.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories when required.
• Prepare order-related documents and reports.
• Provide regular updates to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve order and delivery-related issues efficiently.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Textile/Fashion preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in textile or garment merchandising.
• Freshers with relevant textile or fashion knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment production, and quality standards.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and teamwork.
