Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and commercial quotations for interior fit-out projects.
- Analyze BOQs and calculate material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain and compare vendor and supplier quotations.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams for pricing inputs.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost breakdowns.
- Ensure quotations are submitted within the required timelines.
- Maintain a database of material costs, vendor rates, and project estimates.
- Support the sales team during client negotiations and clarifications.
- Track submitted quotations and update management on project status.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out works.
- Strong estimation and costing skills.
- Ability to read architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
