We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer specializing in Western and Fusion wear for a women's clothing brand. The designer will be responsible for creating innovative collections from concept development to final design stage.

Note: This role focuses purely on design creation and does not involve production execution or sales responsibilities.

Shree Nathji Fashion is seeking a creative and visionary Fashion Designer to join our team. This role is dedicated purely to the creative design process, focusing on developing innovative collections from concept to the final design stage.

If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of garment construction, and a passion for blending traditional elements with modern Western and Fusion styles, we want you to shape the future of our collections.

Key Focus Areas

• Creative Conception: Translating trends into mood boards and seasonal themes.
• Design Development: Creating original sketches, detailed design specifications, and production-ready tech packs.
• Trend & Market Analysis: Staying at the forefront of Western, Fusion, and Ethnic fashion to ensure our brand remains competitive.
• Technical Precision: Ensuring every design maintains strong proportions, exquisite detailing, and the perfect fit.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expertise: Advanced command of fashion illustration, sketching, and silhouette creation.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of fabric properties, textures, surface embellishments, and pattern-making fundamentals.
• Industry Insight: Proven experience designing high-quality Western, Fusion, and Ethnic wear for the women’s market.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in creating professional-grade tech packs and design documentation.
• Advantage: Prior experience in bridal or occasion wear design is considered a significant asset.
