Key Responsibilities
● Greet guests warmly, y, check them in and out efffficiently, y, and assist with any front desk needs.● Manage incoming calls, reservations, inquiries, and cancellations in a professional and timelymanner.r.● Ensure a clean and organized reception area at all times.● Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest interactions.● Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, y, escalating issues when necessary.● Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smoothoperations and guest satisfaction.● Maintain knowledge of hotel offfferings, local attractions, and travel arrangements to assistguests.● Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards.● Monitor front desk supplies and report shortages or needs to management.
