Job Description
We are looking for energetic, polite, and customer-friendly Store Staff / Waiters / Stewards to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, handling orders, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience at the outlet.
- Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner.
- Take customer orders and serve food, beverages, and ice cream products.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, chairs, and service counters.
- Ensure proper presentation and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in billing and basic cash handling when required.
- Refill stocks and support inventory management.
- Coordinate with kitchen and counter staff for smooth service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Assist in outlet opening and closing activities.
