Job Summary:

Reliable Study is looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information about courses, universities, eligibility requirements, and career opportunities while ensuring a smooth and positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, universities, and admission procedures.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams to ensure timely application processing.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
• Stay updated on admission policies, eligibility criteria, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling and sales abilities.
• Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or sales is preferred.
