## Job Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and Existing Clients.
* Generate new business enquiries through telecalling.
* Schedule appointments and showroom visits for prospective clients.
* Follow-up on quotations and pending enquiries.
* Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups.
* Share product catalogues and information through WhatsApp and Email.
* Maintain daily call reports and client records.
* Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements.
* Follow-up for payments whenever required.
* Update and maintain client databases regularly.
## Required Skills
* Excellent Communication Skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Strong Telecalling and Client Handling abilities.
* Confidence in Cold Calling and Follow-up.
* Good listening and convincing skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business and Email.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to achieve daily calling targets.
## Eligibility
* Graduate preferred.
* Minimum 1–3 years of Telecalling, Customer Relationship or Sales experience.
* Candidates having experience in B2B Sales or Appointment Scheduling will be preferred.
* Female candidates are preferred; however, deserving male candidates are also welcome to apply.
## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* 60–80 productive calls per day.
* Minimum 10–15 quality client interactions.
* Appointment scheduling and showroom visit conversions.
* Regular follow-up of enquiries and quotations.
* Daily reporting of activities.
