Job Description – Pest Control Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Pest Control Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing effective pest management services at residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional properties while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pest control treatments for crawling insects, flying insects, rodents, termites, and other pests as per company protocols.
• Inspect premises to identify pest infestations, breeding sources, and potential entry points.
• Apply pesticides, insecticides, rodenticides, and other approved chemicals safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements during service delivery.
• Prepare and submit service reports, treatment records, and customer acknowledgements.
• Educate customers on preventive measures and hygiene practices to minimize pest infestations.
• Maintain pest control equipment, tools, and chemicals in good condition.
• Report any service issues, customer complaints, or site risks to the supervisor.
• Ensure timely attendance and completion of assigned service schedules.
• Support audit requirements and maintain documentation as required by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum SSLC/PUC or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in pest control services is preferred.
• Knowledge of pest management techniques and safe chemical handling.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Physically fit and capable of carrying equipment and performing field work.

Working Conditions:
