Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Insurance Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will contact prospective customers, explain insurance products, understand customer requirements, and generate quality leads or close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the features, benefits, and coverage of various insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Convince customers to purchase insurance policies through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM or reporting system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing and customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on company products, industry regulations, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Time management and organizational skills.
Qualification :
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or insurance sales is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of outbound calls made per day.
