Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Assist in providing nursing care to patients as per clinical guidelines and instructions.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report abnormalities to senior staff or consultants.
- Support patients in daily care needs including hygiene, mobility, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist in medication administration under supervision and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
- Maintain ward hygiene, patient safety, and equipment cleanliness.
- Support emergency response procedures and perform basic life support when required.
- Communicate with patients and families politely and professionally.
- Participate in shift handovers ensuring continuity of care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold hospital care and service standards.
