Job Title: Field Recruiter – Swiggy Instamart

Location: Pune - Baner, PCMC, Shivaji Nagar, Katraj (Field-Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to support bulk hiring for Swiggy Instamart. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery executives and warehouse associates by conducting field recruitment activities across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field recruitment drives across assigned areas.
• Source candidates through job portals, local references, job fairs, and walk-in campaigns.
• Screen candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Explain job roles, salary structure, incentives, and company policies to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
• Collect and verify candidate documents.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
• Build relationships with local sources to generate continuous candidate leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers for hiring updates.

Eligibility

• (12th Pass may also be considered with relevant experience).
• 0–3 years of experience in any field work.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Experience in gig hiring, delivery hiring, warehouse hiring, or blue-collar recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Smartphone with internet connectivity.
