Job Description

Explain Trademark Registration services and benefits to potential clients

🔹 Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

🔹 Convert leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups

🔹 Guide clients regarding the trademark registration process and required documents

🔹 Resolve customer queries and provide accurate service information

🔹 Achieve sales targets and maintain strong client relationships

🔹 Update customer records and sales activities in CRM/software

🔹 Promote additional business registration and compliance services when applicable

🔹 Assist clients throughout the registration process to ensure a smooth experience

🔹 Coordinate with the operations team for timely service delivery and customer satisfactionTelesale Executive - Online Lead Generation, Share information about services, follow up and closing etc.
