PRO Public Relation Officer

To acts as the link between patients, doctors, hospitals, corporate clients, and the diagnostic facility. Their primary role is to maintain a positive image of the center while ensuring excellent customer service and business growth.

• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Coordinate meetings and visits with healthcare professionals.
• Communicate new diagnostic services, packages, and facilities.
• Promote the diagnostic center's services to healthcare providers and corporate clients.
• Identify opportunities for new referrals and partnerships.
• Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives.
• Manage public communications and maintain the center's reputation.
• Handle social media, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with media when required.
• Ensure consistent communication of the center's services and achievements.
• Develop relationships with companies for employee health check-up programs.
• Coordinate corporate wellness packages and health screening camps.
• Follow up on corporate contracts and service agreements.
