Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Admissions
Company: IIED – International Institute of Event Education
Location: Malad East, Mumbai (On-site)
Job Type: Contract (3 Months, extendable based on performance)
About Us
IIED is Mumbai's leading institute for Event Design, Floral Design, Lighting, and Production courses. Since 2021, our students have gone on to work with companies like Wizcraft, Disneyland Hong Kong, and SLS Dubai.
We're a small, passionate team and we're hiring our very first Telecaller.
What You'll Do
- Call new leads within 30 minutes of enquiry
- Make 100+ calls daily and maintain 5–6 hours of talk time
- Follow up with leads (minimum 3 attempts), understand their interest, and guide them toward enrollment
- Schedule institute visits and send brochures/fee details
- Maintain lead tracker (Superfone) with proper remarks
- Re-engage cold leads regularly
What We're Looking For
- Good spoken Hindi and English (Marathi/Kannada is a bonus)
- Pleasant, confident, and enjoys talking to people
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or counselling preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Contract Structure
- Month 1–3: Training contract
- Month 4–12: 9-month contract with increment (based on performance)
- After 1 year: Full-time offer
