Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY :-
This is not just another sales role. As a Business Development Executive at Cloudberry Properties, you will be at the centre of one of the most dynamic property markets in the world — connecting serious investors with high-value real estate opportunities across Bangalore Real estate market.
Whether you are just starting out or have years of experience behind you, what matters here is your hunger, your integrity, and your willingness to grow inside a structure that is built to make you better.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :-
Identify, engage, and convert prospective buyers and investors across off-plan and secondary real estate segments.
Build and nurture a strong personal pipeline through referrals, networking, and organic relationship development — aligned to Cloudberry's zero-spend pull model.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and investor consultations with a consultative, advice-first approach.
Work closely with Tier-1 developers — Prestige, Sobha, Brigade, Puravankara, Mana, Godrej, Assetz and many more — to stay ahead of project launches, inventory, and allocation windows.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed SPA — coordinating with operations, legal, and mortgage advisory teams as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, pipeline updates, and weekly performance reporting.
Participate in daily training, team reviews, and market intelligence sessions to sharpen your edge.
Represent Cloudberry's brand and standard — in every conversation, at every touchpoint.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :-
Experience in real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage — but not a prerequisite. We hire for character first.
Strong communication skills — you can listen actively, articulate clearly, and build trust quickly.

Fluency in English is required. Hindi, or other languages are a strong advantage in our client environment.
Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru (India).
