👤 Position: Full-Time Live-in Caretaker (24 Hours)

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and experienced Male Caretaker for a bungalow in Ballygunge.

• Job Responsibilities:Stay at the bungalow and manage day-to-day property operations (24-hour live-in role).
• Take complete responsibility for the upkeep, safety, and maintenance of the premises.
• Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, fire safety personnel, and other service providers whenever required.
• Maintain liaison with the local police and other local authorities when necessary.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, drivers, gardeners, and other domestic workers.
• Assist senior family members with day-to-day requirements and ensure their comfort and safety.
• Monitor all maintenance and repair work and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the entire property.
• Report any issues or emergencies promptly and take appropriate action.
• Eligibility Criteria:✅ Male Candidate
• ✅ Age: Up to 45 Years
• ✅ Previous experience as a Caretaker/Bungalow Caretaker/House Manager is mandatory.
• ✅ Must have worked with senior citizens or in a similar residential profile.
• ✅ Honest, disciplined, well-mannered, and highly trustworthy.
• ✅ Should be capable of handling emergency situations with maturity and responsibility.
