Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, YouTube, websites, and brand promotions. The candidate should be able to transform raw footage into professional, high-quality videos while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit raw video footage into professional final videos.
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Add transitions, effects, animations, captions, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Perform color correction and color grading.
- Synchronize audio, background music, voiceovers, and sound effects.
- Create thumbnail concepts and video teasers when required.
- Maintain project files and organize video assets.
- Collaborate remotely with the marketing, design, and content teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends and platform requirements.
- Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Experience with audio editing and color grading.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications1–3 years of video editing experience (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
- Experience editing social media ads, YouTube videos, corporate videos, or e-commerce content.
- Knowledge of AI video tools is an advantage.
- Equipment RequirementsPersonal laptop/desktop capable of video editing.
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Headphones and backup power/internet preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of videos delivered on time.
- Video quality and brand consistency.
- Engagement performance of edited content.
- Error-free final exports.
- Turnaround time for revisions.
