We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to connect with potential clients and convert inquiries into successful event bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• Explain the company's wedding and corporate event services professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Event Management teams for smooth client handover.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent pre-sales support.
• Stay updated on current event trends, packages, and promotional offers.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated personality.
