Job Description

Business Development Associate (BDA)Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls and emails.
  • Counsel students and parents about suitable courses.
  • Guide applicants through the admission process.
  • Achieve admission and sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • RequirementsStrong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Excellent sales, counselling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
  • Good listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
