📢 Staff Required – Fast Food Shop

Position: Kitchen & Shop Staff (Male/Female)

Work Timings (Choose One Shift):

- 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

- 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹10,000 per month

- 2 paid leaves per month

- Overtime paid at 2× hourly rate (paid the same day)

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and shop.

- Prepare and assist in making sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, and other fast-food items.

- Basic cooking skills are preferred.

- Work sincerely and maintain hygiene.

Rules:

- No mobile phone use during duty.

- No earphones/headphones allowed.

- No gutka, tobacco, or smoking during duty.

- Reporting to work under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

Trial Period:

- First 10 days will be a trial period.

- If either the employee or employer decides not to continue during the trial, payment will be ₹200 per day for the days worked.

Security Deposit (After Confirmation):

- If the job continues after the trial, the first 10 days' salary will be kept as a refundable security deposit.

- The deposit will be returned when leaving the job, provided:

- A 15-day notice is given before leaving.

- There is no theft, major negligence, or financial loss caused by the employee.

- In case of theft or serious misconduct resulting in major loss, the security deposit may be forfeited.

📢 स्टाफ की आवश्यकता (Fast Food Shop)

पद: किचन एवं शॉप स्टाफ (लड़के/लड़कियां दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं)

ड्यूटी समय (कोई एक शिफ्ट):

सुबह 10:00 बजे से रात 9:00 बजे तक

दोपहर 12:00 बजे से रात 11:00 बजे तक

वेतन एवं सुविधाएं:

₹10,000 प्रति माह

प्रति माह 2 छुट्टियां

ओवरटाइम का भुगतान 2 गुना प्रति घंटे की दर से किया जाएगा और उसी दिन दिया जाएगा।

कार्य:

किचन और दुकान की साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना।

सैंडविच, बर्गर, पिज़्ज़ा एवं अन्य फास्ट फूड आइटम बनाने में सहायता करना।

बेसिक कुकिंग का ज्ञान होना चाहिए।

साफ-सफाई, समय की पाबंदी और ईमानदारी के साथ कार्य करना।

नियम:

ड्यूटी के दौरान मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित है।

ईयरफोन/हेडफोन का उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा।

ड्यूटी के दौरान गुटखा, तंबाकू, सिगरेट आदि का सेवन वर्जित है।

शराब या किसी भी नशे की हालत में ड्यूटी पर आना सख्त मना है।

ट्रायल अवधि:

पहले 10 दिन ट्रायल पीरियड होंगे।

यदि इन 10 दिनों के अंदर कर्मचारी या नियोक्ता में से कोई भी आगे काम जारी नहीं रखना चाहता है, तो किए गए कार्य के अनुसार ₹200 प्रति दिन का भुगतान किया जाएगा।

सिक्योरिटी डिपॉजिट (जॉब कन्फर्म होने पर):

ट्रायल सफल होने के बाद पहले 10 दिनों का वेतन सिक्योरिटी डिपॉजिट के रूप में रखा जाएगा।

नौकरी छोड़ने से 15 दिन पहले सूचना देने पर यह राशि वापस कर दी जाएगी।

यदि कर्मचारी द्वारा चोरी, जानबूझकर नुकसान या किसी बड़ी लापरवाही से आर्थिक हानि होती है, तो सिक्योरिटी डिपॉजिट जब्त किया जा सकता है।
