Position:Junior Design Engineer / 3D Modeller & Visualiser


Location:NSN Palayam, Coimbatore


Experience Required:1–4 Years


Qualification:B.E. (Civil)


Employment Type:Full-Time


Salary:₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month


Work Mode:Work from Office


Working Hours:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM


Job Summary : We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Design Engineer / 3D Modeller & Visualiser to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing 3D models and renderings, and supporting residential and commercial project designs.


The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural visualization, design aesthetics, and construction practices.


Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Prepare 2D drawings and detailed 3D models for architectural and interior projects.
  • Create realistic 3D renderings and visual presentations for client discussions.
  • Assist in residential and commercial project planning and design development.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams for design execution.
  • Modify and update designs based on client requirements and project changes.
  • Ensure drawings and models meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, and construction practices.
  • Support site-related design clarifications whenever required.
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of architectural design and 3D visualization.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar design software.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and design detailing.
  • Creative thinking and visualization skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate :

  • ProfileExperience in architectural design, interior design, or project visualization.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and design projects.
  • Candidates from Tamil Nadu, especially Coimbatore, will be preferred.
  • Passion for innovative and modern design concepts.
