Job Description
Goal Setting and Strategy:
Translating broad company visions into actionable, measurable objectives (e.g., SMART goals) and communicating exactly why the work matters.
Task Delegation: Assessing team members' specific strengths and weaknesses to assign duties appropriately, preventing burnout and ensuring high-quality outputs.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), running regular check-ins (like daily stand-ups), and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Coaching and Development: Onboarding new hires, identifying skill gaps, and providing continuous feedback to help team members grow professionally.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Mediating team disagreements quickly and troubleshooting roadblocks to keep workflows moving efficiently.
